An enjoyable day in Manchester yesterday at the tail end of Futuresonic with Big Rich. He'd been there for the full thing, but I popped in on the Saturday. We had planned to go to the Environment 2.0 thing, but didn't in the end. We went to a workshop on music controllers and interfaces, including an arduinome, the midi-octopus and piggy tracker. It was pretty interesting, although we were the only people in there who weren't presenting something I think.
We decamped for food and then watched some stuff at a bar (the common room?). I pulled the camera out -always a half bad idea when beers have been partaken of. It nearly got me punched a couple of times.
